Titanium MMO anodes

Our titanium anodes with mixed metal oxide (MMO) coating are designed for impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) in soil, concrete, and marine applications. They combine long service life with high chemical resistance and are available in various configurations, including wire, ribbon, mesh, and rod — both as standard products and custom-made solutions.

All anodes are subjected to an accelerated life test in accordance with NACE TM0108-2012. Coating quality is verified non-destructively using XRF spectrometry to ensure uniform coating thickness, correct coating loading (g/m²), and the required elemental composition. The titanium substrate is cleaned, degreased, and surface-profiled prior to coating to ensure optimum adhesion; adhesion quality is verified in accordance with ASTM D3359-23.

Each anode is visually inspected and released only after completion of the full quality control process.

Suitable for pipelines, storage tanks, foundations, and offshore structures.
